This upgrade program is by nomination only.  

Before joining this class, a student must be nominated by his/her instructor.  After nomination, the student will be allowed to evaluate the upgraded class on a trial basis.  If the instructors feel the students is ready for the next level of training, the student will be invited to join the upgrade program on a permanent basis.
